A Cleaner Home has one goal and that is to provide a premium cleaning service with a smile! We know your home is important to you, so we take the time to make sure everything is done to your standards. Every home is different and so are the cleaning needs.
My name is Teri Allred, and I founded A Cleaner Home in 2007. A native of North Carolina, I currently live with my family in Mebane, NC, and serve the surrounding areas including Alamance, Guilford, Orange & Durham Counties. After graduating high school and working a few trial and error jobs, I knew I had to do something to keep me busy and that I enjoy. Why not clean homes for people who don't have the time to? As the saying goes … choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life! And that’s what I do!
Green Clean
As a part of cleaning your home, we provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. In fact, we use green and environmentally friendly products because we value your lungs and your home’s health! (Note: If there is a specific product you request, we will gladly use it.)
Building Relationships
Your home is your personal space and trustworthiness is of the utmost importance to us! You will know the face of who is cleaning your home; it does not change on a regular basis. We operate with 2-person crews; the same team will consistently clean your home. Each cleaning technician is trained, professional & courteous. In addition, we are fluent in English and able to communicate effectively. We enjoy building long-standing relationships with all of our customers.
Free In-Home Consultation
A Cleaner Home provides free in-home consultations before the service is provided. We will meet with you at a time that is convenient for you, and walk through your home to help determine your cleaning needs. Once we have seen your home, a quote will be sent out via email within 24 hours. If you are happy with the cost and would like to proceed.. we will get you on schedule, typically within the next week.
Friendly Reminders by Email and Text
Once our service is booked, you will receive a friendly reminder from Jobber. This reminder will be sent out via email, 48 hours prior to visit and a text reminder 24 hours prior to visit. Yes, we're big on reminders! This Reminder will have your date and time along with the crew scheduled for your visit.
Pet Friendly
We know pets are a part of your family, and often they will be at home and you won't when we come to clean. If you need your pet let out while you’re working, and we are cleaning your home, we will gladly let them out for a potty break, as long as they are human-friendly.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Check (payable to A Cleaner Home) or Credit Card *card information must be on file prior to your visit. One card is on file, we can process payments given your permission or email the invoice to you after each visit, whichever is easiest.
