At A Cleaner Home, our mission is simple: to deliver top-notch cleaning services with a smile! We understand that your home is special, which is why we go the extra mile to meet your standards. Every home is unique, and so are its cleaning needs.
I'm Teri Allred, the founder of A Cleaner Home. I started the business in 2007, and I'm proud to call Mebane, NC, home, where I live with my family. We proudly serve the surrounding areas, including Alamance, Guilford, Orange, and Durham Counties. After high school and a few trial jobs, I realized I wanted something fulfilling and enjoyable. That's when the idea hit: cleaning homes for people who need the help! As the saying goes, "Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life." And that’s exactly what I get to do every day!
GREEN CLEAN
As part of our home cleaning service, we supply all the necessary equipment and cleaning products. We prioritize your health and the environment by using green, eco-friendly products to protect your lungs and your home's well-being. (If you have a preferred product, feel free to let us know, and we'll happily accommodate your request.)
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
Your home is your personal sanctuary, and we understand how important trust is. You’ll always know who is cleaning your home, as we maintain consistent, familiar faces. Our two-person teams ensure that the same pair will regularly clean your space. Each technician is trained, professional, and respectful. We are also fluent in English, making communication clear and easy. We take pride in building lasting relationships with all our customers.
FREE IN-HOME CONSULTATION
At A Cleaner Home, we offer free in-home consultations before any service is provided. We'll arrange a meeting at a time that works best for you, and walk through your home to assess your cleaning needs. After our visit, you'll receive a quote via email within 24 hours. If you're happy with the price and ready to move forward, we'll schedule your cleaning, typically within the next week.
PET FRIENDLY
We understand that pets are an important part of your family, and often they'll be at home while you're away when we come to clean. If you need us to let your pet out for a potty break while you're at work and we're cleaning your home, we're happy to help, as long as your pet is friendly and comfortable with us.
FRIENDLY REMINDER BY EMAIL AND TEXT
Once your service is booked, you'll receive a friendly reminder from Jobber—because we’re all about keeping you informed! You’ll get an email reminder 48 hours before your visit, followed by a text reminder 24 hours prior. The reminder will include your scheduled date and time, along with the crew assigned to your cleaning.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks (made payable to A Cleaner Home), or credit cards. *Credit card information must be on file before your visit. Once your card is on file, we can process payments with your permission, or we can email the invoice to you after each visit—whichever is most convenient for you.
